General Membership meetings are held in the Maple Hills Library from 6:30-8:00pm unless otherwise noted.
First General Membership Meeting
October 13th
- Vote on Budget, Mission, Goals and Standing Rules.
- Special Presentation TBA
Second General Membership Meeting
January 19th
- Elect Nominating Committee.
- Special Presentation by VIS about the upcoming Bond election in April 2012
Third General Membership Meeting
April 19th
- Elect 2012-2013 Board of Directors .
- Vote on "Preliminary" 2012-2013 Budget.
- Special Presentation TBA.
