Pizza Bingo

We need gracious volunteers like you to help make these great family events a success. The more volunteers we have, the more time we all have to sit down with our families on Bingo night. Thank you for volunteering to help!

Set-up will be from 2-3:30 on Friday. We will need help gathering and setting up tables and chairs. Some tables will need to come from activity rooms, make sure they are labeled with a sticky note with where they came from.

We would greatly appreciate any and all help putting the tables back where they came from. This may require some "strong" Dads.

We will need a couple volunteers, 1-2 parents and maybe a couple older siblings, to hand out Bingo Cards. Please limit one Bingo Card per person until most of our Bingo players have arrived. There are 500 unique Bingo Cards. We will also need 1-2 volunteers to help gather the bingo cards at the end of our event.

Pizzas will be delivered between 5:45 and 6:00. We will need a couple people to help unload and organize them when they arrive. We will need several helpers handing out pizzas and checking off the list.

Two parent volunteers will be circling the Bingo numbers called onto sheets of paper identical to the overhead transparency. Winners will bring their cards up to the table to be checked for a Bingo win. While one volunteer is verifying the card, another will be keeping track on both sheets.

Have fun calling out the Bingo numbers and help mark them on the overhead. We will also send a request out to teachers who are attending to join us in calling some games.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your shift. The Bake Sale table will be in charge of the cash box. Along with selling baked goods, you will also be selling drink coupons to those who did not pre-pay for drinks.
